The community of Legend Trail offers a unique option for golf course living in a more natural setting. The golf course is world-class and one of the top one hundred in the region. In addition, the community has dedicated over six hundred acres to remain untouched natural space. Located within the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, the community enjoys fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding Sonoran Desert. However, it is also just a short drive to the cities of Carefree and Cave Creek, as well as other areas in North Scottsdale.
 
The community of Legend Trail included less than a thousand detached homes and condominiums. That size promotes a tight-knit feel and sense of community not found in other golf communities or neighborhoods in the region. Homes range from just over 1,000 square feet for the condos to over 5,000 square feet in the most exclusive large homes in the gated sections of Legend Trail. Buyers have many options, from two bedrooms and bathrooms to five or more of each.
 
The price to live in this community is as varied as the size of homes offered. With condos and smaller houses in the $500K price range, there are great options for first-time buyers or young families. However, the average home in the community will fall in the high $700s to low $800s. And the most prestigious properties are reaching over the $2M price point. Regardless of the price, all homeowners enjoy living in the 85262 zip code and the Cave Creek Unified School District.
